At the July 22 Braidwood City Council meeting, the city clerk was served a subpoena on behalf of Tony Altiery, former Braidwood City Administrator vs. the City of Braidwood by his attorney John V. Schrock of Plainfield.
Altiery is asking to be reinstated to the position of Supervisor of Streets and Public Improvement and Supervisor of Public Improvement, at the annual salary of $119,000 with health insurance, 30 days vacation, 72 hours of sick time, annual raises, a $600 clothing allowance and a $150 boot allowance.
