Brenda Kay Anderson

BONFIELD—Brenda Kay Anderson, 67, of Bonfield, formerly of Wilmington, passed away on May 30, 2026 at Lightways Hospice in Joliet.
Born on Jan. 21, 1959, in Kankakee, Brenda Kay was the daughter of Charles and Norma (Luehrsen) Siebring. She was raised and educated in Wilmington and graduated from Wilmington High School with the class of 1977. On Oct. 15, 1994, she married Bradley Anderson at Grace Lutheran Church in Wilmington, and together they shared many happy years of marriage. Throughout her working career, Brenda dedicated more than 23 years of service to Personal Products before retiring, earning the friendship of many colleagues along the way.
Brenda was a woman who found joy in life's simple pleasures. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, caring for animals, and capturing special moments through photography. Above all, she cherished time with her family. A devoted wife and loving sister, Brenda was known for her quiet, easygoing nature and her appreciation for the simple things in life.
She is survived by her husband, Bradley; sister, Marcia (Chris) Mandac; father-in-law, Wayne Anderson; sisters-in-law: Kathy (Larry) Rasmussen, Terri (late Dale) Helland; several nieces and nephews, numerous cousins, as well as her furry friend, Tucker.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, mother-in-law, Linda (Lynch) Anderson, as well as many aunts and uncles.
Per her wishes cremation rites are being accorded.
