Teresa D. Glogowski

WILMINGTON—Teresa D. Glogowski, 58, of Wilmington, and formerly of Hammond, IN, passed away Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at Morris Hospital.
Born Feb. 17, 1962 in Hammond, Teresa Delores was a daughter of Leroy and Helen (Fortener) Merry. She was raised in Hammond and was a former member of Hebron Baptist Church in Hebron, IN. Teresa loved nature, enjoyed spending time outdoors, and took pleasure in traveling with her husband, Danny. Above all, she cherished being a grandmother.
At the time of her passing, Teresa was survived by her husband, Daniel Glogowski, who went on to pass away, April 2, 2020; her daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Carl Marks, of Gardner; one stepson, Aaron Glogowski, of Wilmington; one grandson, Luke Marks and five siblings: Susan Alasky, Joseph Jeka, Cynthia Torres, Barbara Scervino and Rebecca Jeka.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, and six siblings: Henry Jeka, Stephen Jeka, Denise Krase, David Jeka, Jayne Martin and Daniel Jeka.
Green flameless cremation rites have been accorded, and a memorial service for both Teresa and Daniel will be planned for a later date.
Preferred memorials may be made as gifts in Teresa’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choosing.
