Norma Siebring

WILMINGTON—Norma Siebring, 92, of Wilmington, formerly of Watseka and Cissna Park, IL, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026 at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, IL.
Norma Irene was born on Feb. 4, 1934, in Cissna Park, IL, to Albert and Edna (Sturm) Luehrsen. She was raised in Watseka, where she attended school and graduated from Watseka High School with the Class of 1952. On July 1, 1956, Norma married the love of her life, the late Charles Siebring, in Watseka. Together in Wilmington they shared many years of love and raised their family.
Norma was a faithful member of Grace Lutheran Church in Wilmington. She found joy in simple things, including watching birds, riding her bike, doing puzzles, and camping. Known for her gentle heart, Norma was sweet, loving, and kind to everyone she met. She especially loved her dogs, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy and laughter.
Norma is survived by her two daughters, Marcia (Chris) Mandac, of Custer Park and Brenda (Brad) Anderson, of Bonfield, IL; grandchild, Chris (Jordan) Tidmore, as well as six great-grandchildren; brother in law: Gary Woodward; sisters in law: Phylis Tungate, and Beverly Luehrsen; numerous nieces and nephews and special caregivers: Karen and Nicole.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles; parents; brothers and sisters: Dorothy (Wendell) Pfingsten, Laurence Luehrsen; brother and sister in laws: Nancy Woodward, and Bill Tungate.
Memorials may be made as gifts in Norma's name to Uplifted Care Hospice in Bourbonnais, IL.
Cremation rites are being accorded.
