After several moves Help for Hope has found a permanent home.
The doors to the new help center opened Monday morning at 100 S. Baima St., the former Unit 1 School District Administration Center adjacent to Coal City Intermediate School.
The Unit 1 Board of Education decided to provide the space to Help for Hope as it fits within the district's strategic plan to develop better affiliations with community organizations and to foster partnerships with local service organizations to bring services locally for students and families.
