BRAIDWOOD-Tami Lynn Lyday (nee Gibson) 51, of Braidwood, IL, passed Thursday, January 3, 2013 away at her home.

Born Oct. 22, 1961 in Joliet, IL. Tami was previously employed by Illinois Central Bus in Coal City for nine years. She loved camping. Surviving are her husband, Michael Lyday of Braidwood; son, Nathan Lyday; daughters, Briann Lyday and Karrah Lyday, all of Braidwood; step-son, Eric Lyday of Wilmington, IL; step-granddaughter, Nora Rose Lyday; father, Edwin Gibson of Joliet, IL; brother, Richard (late Sue) Gibson of Ottawa, IL; sister, Wendy (Michael) Stirewalt of Dwight, IL; father and mother-in-law, Gerald (Henrietta) Lyday of Wilmington; brother-in-law, Mitchell (Sue) Lyday of Wilmington, IL; sister-in-law, Christina Nichols of Collierville, TN; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Emma (nee Craven) Gibson and brother, James Gibson.

Funeral services will be at the R.W. Patterson Funeral Homes, Ltd. & Crematory, Braidwood Chapel, Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2013 at 10 a.m. Interment will be in Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet, IL.

The visitation will be Monday, Jan. 7, from 4-8 p.m. Please sign the online guestbook at
