A WEBCAM WILL allow residents to watch as cranes lift the police station modules into place on Tuesday.
A webcam installed on the side of city hall will permit residents to watch workers putting the new 8,000-square foot police station in place.
A crane is expected to arrive at the worksite, at the corner of Robert P. Weidling Drive and Buchanan Street, today, Monday, April 7.
On Tuesday, April 8, the construction is scheduled to begin, with the crane lifting the 10 modules into their specified location on the foundation. The modules are being stored in the front parking lot at city hall.
The $2 million construction project was made possible by a cash contribution from Ridge Property Trust.
