Cougars run into a gauntlet in Tennesse

A man of endurance
While most athletes decide between running, biking or swimming on a daily basis, one Coal City native has made it his hobby of training in all three.

Damon Gowdy grew up in Coal City, and quickly showed his drive to be athletic by participating in baseball, basketball, football, cross country and track from grade school through high school.
