Warren Lee Jackson

OSWEGO—Warren Lee “Bo” Jackson, 55, of Oswego, formerly of Coal City, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2018 at Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora.
He was born Oct. 6, 1963 in Oak Park, IL to Ben and Frances (nee Garrett) Jackson. He grew up as one of six children. He graduated from Joliet West High School. Bo worked as a field superintendent for several floor companies. He was an avid fisherman and an artist who enjoyed painting.
He is survived by his daughters, Amanda (Shawn) Fisher, of Coal City and Elizabeth Jackson, of Wilmington; his son, Lance Jackson, of Joliet; one granddaughter, Hailey Fisher; his father, Ben Jackson, of Grandville, MI; his sisters: Valeri Wilson, of Grandville, MI; Janet (Mike) Bockus, of Oswego and Gayle Oakley, of Hudsonville, MI; his brothers, Tim (Lori) Jackson, of Essex and John Jackson, of Missouri and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his special friend, Gina Webb, of Wilmington, who was by his side during his illness.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Frances Jackson.
Cremation rites have been accorded. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
