DIAMOND—Roy C. Emerson, 71, of Diamond, passed away in his home April 15, 2018. Born April 4, 1947 in Shelbyville, IN, he was the son of Wayne and Betty (Osborne) Emerson.
Roy was employed with the Midwest Control Corporation in Bridgeview. He enjoyed fishing, wood carving, photography and collecting guns.
He is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Zachary Schreib) Emerson and Cristy (William) Ryan; three grandchildren: Adrianna and Peyton Schreib and Autumn Ryan.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Larry.
Cremation rites were accorded. There will be no public services for Roy.
