Mary Lou Reaser

SAN ANTONIO, TX—Mary Lou Reaser, 91, of San Antonio, TX, and formerly of Meadow Lakes, TX, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 25, 2021.
Born Jan. 15, 1930 in Sidney, IL, Mary Louise was a daughter of Ralph Frank and Vera (Hudson) Woodard. She was raised and educated in Sidney, and on Feb. 25, 1951, Mary Lou married Glenn Rodney Reaser in Urbana. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church Marble Falls, where she was active with the United Methodist Women, and belonged to two quilting clubs, including the Stitch and Chat Club. In addition to quilting, Mary Lou was an avid reader.
Survivors include her children: Dennis Harold (Kathleen) Reaser, of San Antonio; Craig Alan Reaser, of Meadow Lakes, TX and Glenn Rodney Reaser Jr. and Beth Ann (George) Oswald, both of Wilmington; grandchildren: Christa (Bryan) Grover, Brian Reaser, Natalie (Jim) Golbeck, Luke (Aimee) Oswald, Brandon Reaser, Jennifer (Mark) Stevens and Sara (Jeremy) Maclean; great-grandchildren: Paden Westbrook, Jack Westbrook, Emma Westbrook, Manami Reaser, Leina Reaser, Hannah Reaser, Kayla Lardi, Blayne Bomba, Landon Bomba, Vera Oswald, Mabel Oswald, Walker Oswald, Liam Maclean, Landon Maclean, Lucas Maclean and Silas Maclean, and one brother, Richard (Yvonne) Woodard, of Petersburg, IL.
Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Glenn on March 9, 2011.
The family will receive friends at Baskerville Funeral Home, 700 E. Kahler Rd. in Wilmington on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Randy Adams from Christian Life Assembly of God Church in Diamond will officiate. Burial will follow in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood where Mary Lou will be laid to rest with her late husband, Glenn.
