Ladies tea

    The First Presbyterian Church of Braidwood will host its annual ladies tea on Sunday, Sept. 17, from 2 to 4 p.m.
    Roberta Neumann will portray Abigail Adams, the wife of the second President of the United States and an inspiring Christian woman.
    There will be tea, scones and other pastries served. Bring a friend. The cost will be $15.
