James Hall

FLORIDA—James Hall, 72, of Hudson, FL, formerly Wilmington, passed away July 9, 2017, after a long fight with kidney and lung disease.
James (Jim, Jimbo, Poncho) was born May 8, 1945 in Joliet, IL to David and Ruth Hall. He was one of seven siblings. He married Kathy Hall and had three beautiful children who were the lights of his life. He proudly worked as a mechanics teacher at Kankakee High School. After retirement he moved to Florida to be with his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed traveling and going to concerts.
James is survived by his children: Jon (Jennifer) Hall, Elizabeth (Scott) Durham and Jamie (Dennis) Howe and his grandchildren: Brooklynn, Triton, Emma, Will, Sophia, Isabella, Giada and Emily.
Services will be held Sunday, Aug. 13, 2017 at noon at Bird Park Quarry, 375 N. Wall St., Kankakee. Cremation rites were accorded.
Following the service a celebration of life, with food and drinks, will be held at Brickstone Restaurant, 557 William Latham Dr., Bourbonnais.
