Excitement building over ‘Spring into Wilmington’ event

Buying a $20 passport and doing a little leg work could result in someone winning a new vehicle.
It’s just one of the prizes listed in the “Spring Into Wilmington” event, sponsored by the Wilmington Rotary Club, going on now through March 30.
Excitement is growing since Saturday when the shop Wilmington challenge kicked off with three ways to win:
1. Purchase a Passport: $20 entry for a chance to win three amazing prizes.
2. Complete Your Passport by visiting 20 participating businesses. Get all 20 validations stamped in order to spin the prize wheel for a dining room set, $300 cash, gift cards and baskets, and throw the dice for a chance to win a 2025 Ford Bronco Sport.
3. Raffle Tickets: Purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win gift baskets and gift cards.
It’s that simple. The Rotary Club came up with the passport to drive more awareness for 20 Wilmington businesses.
Purchase passports at Wilmington Public Library, 201 S. Kankakee St, Wilmington. Don’t miss out on the chance to explore Wilmington, support local businesses and win fantastic prizes.
Rotary is dedicated to building a vibrant and thriving community. Proceeds raised from this event will help fund projects that bring about positive change that ensures Wilmington flourishes for generations to come.
