Blood drive

Community blood drive in the fellowship hall at Coal City United Methodist Church on Monday, Aug. 21, from 4 to 7 p.m.
    The church is located at 6805 E. McArdle Rd. Call the church office at 815-634-8670 to reserve a preferred donation time or register online at www.heartland
.org. Walk-ins will also be welcome.
    Bring photo identification and eat a good meal before donating. Every donor will receive a Target gift card.
