Arthur Dundas

WILMINGTON—Arthur “Art” Dundas, 90, late of Wilmington and formerly of Downers Grove, passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018. He was born March 17, 1928 in Hinsdale, IL.
Art was a 60 year member of Dupage County Carpenters Union Local #1889, member of Downers Grove American Legion Post 80 and lifetime member of Wilmington VFW Post 5422. He was a member of the Wilmington Recreation Club where he enjoyed fishing and camping with family and friends.
Art is survived by his children: Debbie (Bob) Owens, of Wilmington and Art (Linda) Dundas Jr., of Mountain House, CA; grandchildren: Scott Owens, Michelle (Eric) Ewing, Holly (Art) Tellez, Steve (Cathy) Dundas and Samuel (Laura) Dundas; great-grandchildren: Allie, Devin, Deric, Luke, Noah, Isabella, Caleb, Mary, Lily, Austin, Malachi and Maddison and brother, Larry (Bobbie) Messmer.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy.
Visitation will be Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 1 p.m. until time of prayers at 2 p.m. at Toon Funeral Home, 109 N. Cass Ave., Westmont. Interment will be at Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
